Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mohammad Saleh, Schulze-Boysen-Straße 37, 10365 Berlin, kontakt@conversionsmax.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (digital content)

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium (e.g. unlocking an analysis) if we have begun performing the contract after you have

expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent to the start of performance, you lose your right of withdrawal.

We obtain this express consent when you unlock or purchase.
