1. Controller

2. What data we process

Account data: email address and password (encrypted) for registration and login.
Profile data: the photos you upload as well as the bio and prompt texts of your dating profile.
Usage data: created analyses/reports, community votes, karma, credits.
Payment data: for purchases, payment data is processed exclusively by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store full credit card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to perform the user contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — in particular to provide the profile analysis, community voting and purchases. The processing of your photos and texts by our AI provider is based on your consent or on the performance of the contract.

4. Processors & third-party services

We use the following providers to deliver the service:

Supabase — hosting of the database, authentication and storage of the photos.
Vercel — hosting/delivery of the website.
Stripe — payment processing.
Anthropic — AI analysis: to create your report, your photos and bio/prompts are transmitted to Anthropic (USA) and processed there. This constitutes a transfer to a third country; the basis is appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses) or your consent.

5. Storage period

We store your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete photos and your account at any time; the associated data is then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. for invoices) apply.

6. Cookies

We use exclusively technically necessary cookies for login/session as well as to store your language choice. These are required for operation and do not require consent. There is no tracking and no third-party advertising.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To do so, contact kontakt@conversionsmax.de.
