1. Scope & provider

These terms apply to the use of RateMyMatch, offered by Mohammad Saleh, Schulze-Boysen-Straße 37, 10365 Berlin(“we”). By registering, you accept these terms.

2. Description of services

RateMyMatch offers an AI-assisted analysis of dating profiles (photos, bio, prompts), anonymous community voting and optional personal reviews by experts. The analyses and ratings are non-binding recommendations; a specific outcome (e.g. more matches) is not owed.

3. Credits, unlocks & prices

The diagnosis (overall score) is free. Unlocking the full evaluation (fixes, rewrites, photo order) requires an unlock (“analysis”).
Unlocks and expert reviews are purchased as one-off purchases. This is not a subscription. The prices displayed at the time of purchase apply, including statutory VAT.
Purchased credit is tied to your account and is non-transferable.

4. Payment

Payment is processed via our payment provider Stripe. The purchase constitutes a contract for digital content.

5. Right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal notice applies. When unlocking or purchasing, you expressly agree that we begin performance immediately, and you confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

6. User obligations

You must be at least 18 years old.
You only upload photos to which you hold the necessary rights and which show you or consenting individuals. No unlawful, offensive or youth-endangering content.
In community voting you rate fairly and do not abuse the system (e.g. no manipulation for karma/credits).

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body and health. Otherwise we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Credit already used is not refunded.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
